Hole In a Piece of Hair
A phenomenon happens at the time of midnight,
I don't know why, it's just not right.
I have a hair that's special to me,
I keep it in a case where it's easy to see.
Then under a magnifying glass,
I watch and wait for midnight to pass.
At first it looks whole like it should be,
But then appears a hole like a mole surfacing by a tree.
I invite my friends over to enjoy the sight,
One time two guys got in a fight.
My friends all think it's way too crazy,
For them it's kind of hazy,
I myself don't even know.
This piece of hair also seems to grow.
It grows an inch ever year,
And gains my respect with great fear.
This hairy phenomenon,
Has nothing to do with Ramadan,
But somehow a hole will appear,
And it'll grow an inch every year,
So I dearly embrace,
My piece of hair in a case.
